Nordiska Museum is situated near Skansen museum, and considered Sweden largest museum of culture history. It was founded in 1873 by Artur Hazelius, it has exhibitions about locals life, trends, traditions and work starting from 16 century to till date. Most of the collections include interiors, furniture, photography, folk art, clothes and fashion.

Admission Fee:
Adult - 100 SEK 
Children under 18 years - Free
Children Playhouse 20SEK/Child
Free Entry on Wednesday  17:00 to 20:00 (Sept - May only)!

How to be there?
Bus: 44, 69 and 76.
Underground: to Karlaplan.
Ferry: to Allmänna Gränd from Slussen.
Tram: from Sergels Torg.
In summer there is also a ferry service to Nybroplan.
