The Vasa Museum is called Vasamuseet in Swedish; it exhibits the actual warship which was sunk in Stockholm Harbor on its maiden expedition in 1628, during the heyday of Swedish Empire. This Vasa is one in its type and excellence which was found from water almost in entirely preserved state during year 1961. A must-see, especially since it is uncertain whether current methods of preservation will be able to maintain her condition in years to come. Special arranges such as lifts for motion disabilities people to see different levels of this Warship.
The museum presents complete sculpt of the people whose were found in the ship skeleton, further wooden statues, the oldest preserved sail of the world which were fund on the ship, and many other retrieved objects as well.
